Christina Ochoa

  Christina Ochoa, born Cristina Ochoa Lopez 25 January 1985 in Barcelona, is a Spanish actress and science communication expert. Also, she is a producer.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Ochoa is the grand-niece as well as great-granddaughter of Severo Ochoa (1959 Nobel Prize Winner) and daughter of Victor Ochoa (respected Spanish sculptor). She has spent her entire life with people from the scientific and artistic worlds.



 



 Theatre and film



 Ochoa began acting as a pastime, beginning with performances at the Little Theatre of Alexandria in Washington, D.C.



 



 She quickly decided to make a profession of an actor and relocated to Madrid to study and work in this area. She stated, "Science was all I knew." But, when I stepped onto stage for the first time I felt a sudden gap in my body that was immediately filled - one I had no idea existed.
